Can’t see a pricelist anywhere on your site. How much do your services cost?
Ten Creatives is not a logo supermarket. We value your business very high as we do our own work. Therefore every project is very different from each other and there can’t be any fixed price. Contact us to discuss your project and we will give you a fair quote.

We work for a living. :)
Seriously though, as mentioned before, we value our work. We really don't want to and don't need to compete with prices. But we can promise you that you get your money's worth. At Ten Creatives and anywhere else. If you are willing to pay a dime, you will get dime's worth of design. Think about it.
What payment methods are available?
As we are a modern online service, we prefer online payments such as PayPal and Moneybookers. You can pay us with all major creditcards as well as cheques.
How does all this work?
It all starts with the first contact where you describe your project with some detail to find out if the project is for us at all. Then we start a discussion with you and we talk about your project in more detail. This conversation is the base for our quote. This conversation may take longer time than expected, as it is very important phase both moneywise and designwise.
After we have agreed on the schedules and other details of the project, we begin the work. This is the phase where we study your business and your business field, get to know your competition. We check and doublecheck.
You will receive concepts and revisions regularly, of which you will be always notified. When you have accepted the design and final revisions are made, we will send you the final files by email or if you should want, we’ll send the files on CD-ROM (FedEx, UPS). We are more than happy to assist you further, as in delivering the files to printing house and to papers. We can be with you all the way.
Who has the copyright of the design?
You receive copyrights of the design when we have received all payments for the work. We do reserve certain copyrights however, such as for selfpromotional needs.
I need a logo/identity/advertisement REALLY fast! Can you help me?
Yes we can, but it will cost much more. In order to really put focus on your rush-job, we need to postpone other projects from the way.
Do you put all your designs in your portfolio?
Yes we do, whenever we have time to add them. We take pride in all our work.
Can I pay after you’ve done the work and sent the designs to me?
We’re afraid not. We require 50 % of the payment in advance and the other 50 % after you have approved the final design. We will send you the files after we have confirmation of the total payment.
What is your refund policy?
We don't have refund policy. We believe that there is enough time for consideration before the purchase our services. Feel free to browse our portfolios as long as you like to convince yourself of our skills. Also you are free to read testimonials from our other clients.
What is your turnaround time in logo design?
As handy as it would be to have an exact turnaround time, there simply can not be one. Identity creation is a delicate process. A lot is involved, research, drafting, revising, revising and revising. We do not want to give a specific time in which a design is ready. It just creates unnecessary pressure for designer. We aim toserve the best designs. It's beneficial to both parties.
In what file formats do you deliver designs?
Whatever formats needed. When it comes to logo design, we will send the design in AI, PNG, JPG, GIF, EPS, CDR, PDF. And both in colour/black&white.
